Severe pain in the shoulder for 1-3 days
Weakness and wasting of the shoulder as settles.
Investigations
CXR and CT may be needed if infiltrative process.
Differentiate from other causes of a weak arm
Management
Steroids have been used Conservative, physiotherapy
